美托康对突发性耳聋患者听力恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨美托康(杏芎氯化钠注射液)对突发性耳聋患者听力恢复的影响,并对其疗效及安全性进行评价。方法:65例突发性耳聋患者随机分为两组,对照组31例,给予低分子右旋糖苷注射液作为常规治疗;治疗组在与对照组相同治疗的基础上加用美托康250ml静脉滴注,1次/d,共10d。观察两组病例治疗后听力的恢复情况。结果:治疗组总显效率83.3%,对照组总显效率63.6%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。未见严重的不良反应和并发症。结论:美托康通过扩张血管、改善血液流变学,提高疾患器官的血供,对突发性耳聋患者的听力的恢复有显著作用。Objective To observetheeffect of Maitork （ Xingxiong sodium chloride injection） on the auditory recovery ofthe patients with sudden deaffines. Methods 65 sudden deaffines patients were divided into two groups according to single-blind random method,34 cases in in treating group and 31 in the control group. Patients in the control group were treated by dextran40 500 ml injection （ ivgtt, qd）, and treating group were treated by Maitork 250 ml （ ivgtt, qd ） in addition, all the patients were treated 10 days. Object the auditory recovery of the patient with suddent deaffines. Results The total effective rate of the treated group was 83.3%, that of the control group was 63, 6%, and statistic analysis showed that the difference ofthe total effective rate was significant between two groups （ P 〈 0, 05 ）, and treating group was better than the control group, no harmful reaction s and complication were found in treatment group. Conclusion Maitork has curative effect onthe the auditory recovery ofpatients with sudden deaffines. It can dilatate vessels,improve hemorrheololgy andadvance the blood supply.
