复方硫磺霜治疗进行性指掌角皮症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方硫磺霜治疗进行性指掌角皮症的疗效。方法:将96例确诊的进行性指掌角皮症患者分为治疗组76例,外用药为复方硫磺霜,对照组20例,外用药为1%强的松霜,观察两组的疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为93.4%,对照组为45%,两组之间差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),全部病例在治疗中未出现明显不良反应。结论:复方硫磺霜治疗进行性指掌角皮症安全、有效。Objective To evaluative the effecacy and safety of sulfunis Co cream and prednisone cream in the treatment of keratodermia tylodes palmaris prograssiva. Methods 96 patients with keralosis palmaris et plantaris were randomly divided into two groups, treatrment group of 76 cases, treated with sulfur Co cream;control group of 20 cases,treated with prednisone cream. The effect was evaluated after finishing treatment. Results The overall effective rate of treatment group and control group was 93.4% and 45% respectively. The difference between two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Sulfur Co cream is a simple effective and safe method of treating keratodermia tylodes oalmaris prograssiva.
