摘　　要：目的:探讨手术护理配合对全髋关节置换术的影响。方法:根据高龄患者的生理和心理特点,安排高年资护士担任手术的巡回护士和器械护士,通过术前做好患者、手术物品和手术环境的准备,术中严密观察病情、与手术医生密切配合,术后做好患者的护送、过床、交班、术后访视等手术护理工作,全面提高高龄患者手术的护理质量。结果:53例老年患者全髋置换手术安全、顺利进行。结论:质量高的手术护理配合是全髋关节置换术成功的保证。Objective To investigate the influcement of peri-operative nursing for aged patients undergoing artificial replacement of total hip. Methods Raise the quality of nursing by well preparing for anything before operation, well studying the change of patients and cooperation with doctors during operation, recalling on time after operation, and these works all done by nurses with good expericement. Rosults The operations of artificial replacement of total hip for 53 aged patients were successful. Conclusion Good peri-operative nursing is the insurement for artificial replacement of total hip.
