摘　　要：构建一种基于IEC62056通信规约的电能表事件监测软件设计方法,可以实现计算机与多种电能表的通信和数据采集,克服现有电能表通信软件兼容性差、互联性差等缺点。简述IEC62056系列通信规约,给出基于IEC62056通信规约的电能表事件监测的程序设计流程和软件设计,本软件已在多功能电能表监测系统中得到应用。For the convenience of data acquisition and communication between computer and different type of electric energy meter, this paper presents the design and implementation of electric energy meter event monitoring software based on IEC 62056. The software contents several modules, including model building, communication parameter configuration and data acquisition. It has been applied in monitoring system of multi-function electric energy meter.
