摘　　要：目的探讨十二指肠损伤的诊断和外科治疗方法,提高临床救治水平。方法回顾性分析23例十二指肠损伤患者的临床资料。结果23例中,全部进行手术治疗,治愈21例,死亡2例。手术后并发症:十二指肠瘘3例,胰漏1例,腹腔脓肿2例。结论十二指肠损伤易漏诊,加强术中探查,以个体化为原则根据伤情选择合理、恰当的术式是提高治愈率的关键。Objective To explore the diagnosis and surgical management of duodenal trauma. Methods Clinical data of 23 patients with duodenal trauma were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the 23 patients were operated, of which,21 cases recovered and 2 cases died. Complications ： 3 cases of duodenal fistula, 1 case of pancreatic leakage , 2 cases of abdominal abscess. The 2 cases of death died of multiple organ failure because of severe shock in early period of post - operation. Conclusions Duodenal trauma was ignored easily. It is key to explore carefully in operation and take individual as the principle in the diagnosis and treatment for duodenal trauma and to choose proper style of operation according to different condition.
