对高水平女子长拳自选套路难度动作编排现状的分析

摘　　要：立足于研究我国高水平女子长拳自选套路运动员难度动作编排及完成情况的现状。主要运用文献资料、录像资料分析、数理统计、问卷调查等方法,阐述目前我国高水平女子长拳自选套路运动员难度动作编排及完成情况特点。建议完善现行武术套路竞赛规则,适当增加对运动员参赛套路中难度动作组合位置的限定与内容的选择,使难度动作组合在套路中出现的位置更加合理,增加套路的观赏性与难度。This paper studies on arrangement present situation of difficulty movement of long-range punch optional routine to Chinese high-level female athletes. It mainly uses literature materials, video material analysis, mathematical statistics and questionnaire survey. It suggests improving the present martial arts routine contest rule, and increasing the athletes＇ difficulty movement to combine position and the content choice, which appears to be more reasonable in the routine and increases the routine view and difficulty.
