摘 要:目的:探讨中年脑力工作者体脂、体重、骨密度之间的关系。方法:对86名男性中年脑力工作者利用双能X线骨密度测试仪进行身体成分、骨密度的定量测量和评价。分别按不同体重和体脂百分比分组,与测得的骨密度进行对比,探讨体重、体脂百分比、骨密度三者之间的关系。结果:不同体重的中年脑力工作者的骨密度没有显著差异(P>0.05);但体脂率高于25%的肥胖者的骨密度明显低于体脂百分比正常者(P<0.05)。结论:骨密度与体重、瘦体重呈正相关,体脂肪超标会使患骨质疏松的危险性增加。Object:To study the relationship among body-fat, weight and bone density. Method:Testing the body composition and the bone density of 86 elderly desk-bound workers who were from 40 ~ 60 years old with double-energy X-rayand dividing all of them into different groups by different weight or fat %. The authors compared the groups with each other to find the relationship among the weight, the fat %, and bone density. Result:The bone density was not significant different between different weight groups. (P 〉 0.05), but there was significant difference between groups of fat % which was higher than 20 % and lower than 20 % (P〈(0.05). Conclusion: The bone density of elderly desk-boundworkers was not positively related to weight but positive related to thin weight. The increasing of body-fat would elevate the risk of osteoporosis.
