摘 要:植物生长调节剂2,4-D、GA_3或NAA与普克唑(Prochloraz)处理“紫花”芒果,使普克唑对采后炭疽病和蒂腐病的控制、减少腐烂损失、延长贮藏寿命、提高销售可按受率等效果显著增加。对急需黄熟出售和无需延期贮藏的芒果处理以乙烯利、普克唑混合溶液,催熟3~5天黄熟可食,无病害症状,销售可接受率100%。按销售期长短选用植物生长调节剂以配合普克唑的采后处理,是一个减少芒果采后病害腐烂、延长贮藏寿命、提高贮藏品质的高效、方便而经济的措施。Dipping postharvest 'Zihua' mangoes with plant growth regulators, 2. 4-D, GA3 or NAA. +prochloraz. the effect of fungicide, prochloraz. was notably increased on control of anthracnose and stem end rot, decrease of decay loss, prolongation of storage life, and improvement of acceptability of mango fruits. Treatment of mangoes with ethrel + prochloraz could accelerate ripening of fruits to edible in 3 -5 days after treatment, achive the high commercial acceptability by 100% and have no symptom of postharvest diseases, when fruits were need for early marketing for edible and needless for storage longer. According to period of storage, treatment with suitable plant growth regulators + prochloraz for postharvest 'Zihua' mangoes is a convenient , economical and highly effective method for dicreasing disease loss, prolonging storage life, and improving storage quality.
