摘　　要：简述构建安全信息共享平台的必要性,提出安全信息共享平台总体规划的建设原则、总体目标、体系结构和应具有的应用系统及主要功能。It was described concisely the necessity of building security information shared platform, brought forward the constructing philosophy, general objective, system architecture, application systems and the main fuctions of SISP comprehensive planning.
