摘　　要：文中研发了一套采用计算机、CAN总线和FPGA技术改造国内花式纺纱机的控制和工艺管理系统,介绍了该系统的结构、系统、特点以及相应的工艺管理软件。经过设备的改造,可方便企业进行花式纱线的生产和研发。There is a laagering requirement for fancy yarns with complicated structure, more variety and out of regularity in international fancy yarn market. These fancy yarns have high price and profit, but domestic fancy spinning frames need to be reformed to produce them. Besides, there is no technics management system which suits fancy yarn＇s produce and design in China now. So a control and technics management system has been researched, which suits to reform most domestic fancy spinning frames. This paper introduces above-mentioned system＇s structure, characters, applications and using method, referenced by relative technicians.
