脉冲中频电流对人工流产的即时镇痛作用

摘　　要：目的：消除或减轻人工流产吸宫术中孕妇的痛苦。方法：采用脉冲中频电流刺激耳穴、体穴３０分钟，观察１１０例吸宫术中孕妇反应。结果：镇痛优良率７６．３％，无人工流产综合征发生。结论：证明脉冲中频电流强刺激有即时镇痛作用，对植物神经有双向调节作用，该法简便安全，无副作用。Objective : ln order to reduce the pain of pregnancy resulting from the induced abortion with the pulsed medium frequency electrotherapyt Methods : 110 women with early pregnancy were studied during the induced abortion. The pulsed medium frequency current was applied to Zusanlis . Cil- iao or the related ear - acupoints to relieve the suffering induced by suction. Results : The excellent rate of 76. 3% was obtained, there wasn't any abortion syndrome. Conclusions : lt is proved that the pulsed medium frequency electrotherapy has an analgesia effect and regulates the neurovegetative functions. Therefore , lt is a safe , convenient and without side effect therapy.
