摘　　要：针对东北老工业基地振兴的资金问题,通过对英美德老工业基地振兴过程中融资策略、途径的分析,认为政府应在改造过程中发挥重要作用,并提出了通过改善地区环境,出台优惠措施等多渠道积极筹措资金的建议。In view of the financing problems in the revitalization of northeast old industrial base,through the analysis of finance strategies and ways in the process of the revitalization of old industrial base in England, America and Germany, it is considered that the government should play an important role in the transformation process. It should improve the local environment＇ and take some preferential measures and so on in order to actively raises the funds.
