摘 要:危机决策是高层次的战略决策,经常涉及非结构化的复杂问题,多Agent技术能够为复杂系统的建模与仿真提供有效的支持。首先利用信息技术支持下的讨论式对抗模拟,设计了资源空间、个人空间和协作空间一体化的危机决策模拟协作研讨环境,然后根据计算机智能化辅助支持危机决策和态势推演的需求,提出了一种基于多Agent的危机决策模拟方法,其智能黑板模型包括危机态势黑板、危机决策Agent、态势推演Agent和黑板控制机制,最后通过该方法在某具体危机决策模拟中的应用,表明该方法可以降低危机决策模拟的复杂性,并能够真实再现危机决策过程。Crisis Decision-making is a kind of strategic decision-making. It involves mostly non-structured and complicated issues. The multi-Agent technology offers some effective methods for modeling and simulation of complicated system. The counterwork simulation was discussed, and a cooperating and researchful environment was designed which combines resources space with individual spaces and cooperating space for crisis decision-making simulation, To meet the need of computer intelligentized assistant crisis decision-making and situation deduction, a simulation method of crisis decision-making was put forward based on multi-Agent technology, an intelligent blackboard model was designed which contains crisis situation blackboard, crisis decision-making Agent, situation deduction Agent and blackboard control mechanism. The model was applied in a crisis decision-making simulation. The outcome validates that this method can reduce the complicity of crisis decision making simulation and factuaUy reappear the course of crisis decision-making,
