摘 要:通过模拟试验,研究了低钙湿排灰对新拌混凝土性能的影响,比较了湿排得到的粉煤灰与相应的干排灰对新拌混凝土性能的不同作用。试验结果显示,相对于干排灰,虽然湿排粉煤灰一定程度地影响了新拌混凝土的坍落度,但其坍落度经时损失明显要好;当水胶比相同时,掺湿排灰的混凝土泌水率稍高于掺干排灰的混凝土;但当保持坍落度不变时,二者之间几乎无明显差别。Through simulated test, the effect of the low -limed,wet- discharged fly -ash on the properties of fresh concrete is studied and comparison of the different effects between fly - ash from wet - discharge and that from dry - discharge on fresh concrete is made. Results from the test indicate that compared with dry - discharged fly - ash, to some extent, wet - discharged fly - ash affects the slump constant, but its time loss is obviously smaller. In the case of the same water - binder ratio, the bleeding capacity of the concrete mixed with the wet - discharged fly - ash is slightly higher than that with dry - discharged fly - ash. However, when the slump is kept unchanged, there is no evident difference between the former and the latter.
