摘 要:采用固相接枝技术合成聚乙烯(PE)-马来酸酐(MAH)-甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)-丙烯酸丁酯(BA)三元固相接枝共聚物,并利用傅立叶变换红外光谱分析了接枝聚合物的结构。考察了单体配比、单体总质量、引发剂过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)、界面活性剂二甲苯和反应温度对接枝反应的影响。结果表明,MAH,MMA 和 BA 三种单体都参与了固相接枝反应。接枝率随 MAH 和 MMA 用量的增加而增加,随BA 用量的增加变化不大。引发剂 BPO 用量为聚乙烯质量的2%时,接枝率最高;过量的界面活性剂不利于提高接枝率,适量的界面活性剂为聚乙烯质量的30%;当 BPO 用量为聚乙烯质量的2%时,接枝共聚物的凝胶含量较高。The ternary-monomer solid phase graft copolymers of polyethylene (PE) grafting maleic anhydride (MAH), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acrylate (BA) were synthesized by solid phase graft copolymerization method and was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared Spectrometer (FTIR). Effects of the monomer mass percentage, monomer total mass, initiator dosage, interfacial activator and reaction temperature on the graft degree and gel contents were investigated. Experimental results showed that MAH, MMA and BA joined in the solid phase graft copolymerization. The graft degree increased with the increase of mass percentage of MAH and MMA. BA had little effect on the graft degee. The graft degree reached a higher level when mass ratio of BPO to PE was 2%. The suitable amount of xylene was approximately 35% of PE mass. Overloading of xylene interrupted the graft copolymerization. The higher gel content was obtained when mass ratio of BPO to PE was 2%.
