摘  要:利用RAPD分子标记技术分析狼尾草属11个品种(品系)12份材料间的遗传关系,结果发现7个引物共扩增出82条带,其中多态性条带为60条,多态位点达73.2%,表明在这11个品种(品系)间具有较高的遗传多样性。从SPSS聚类分析结果发现,杂交狼尾草新品系1号、杂交狼尾草新品系2号与原品种杂交狼尾草有较为密切的亲缘关系,杂交狼尾草新品系1号与杂交狼尾草的遗传距离为0.033,杂交狼尾草新品系2号与杂交狼尾草的遗传距离也仅为0.067,从而为杂交狼尾草新品系1号、杂交狼尾草新品系2号与杂交狼尾草之间亲缘关系的确定提供了重要依据。此外,也发现象草新品系与摩特矮象草具有最小的遗传距离(0.033)。The genetic relationships of 11 cultivars and lines in Pennisetum were analyzed using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers. A total of 82 reproducible RAPD fragments were produced using 8 random primers. 60 fragments (73.2 % of the total observed) were polymorphic which indicated that there was high genetic diversity among these 11 genotypes. From the results of SPSS cluster analysis, the "New line" No. 1 of hybrid Penniseturn was most similar to Hybrid Penniseturn (genetic distance 0. 033), the "New line" No. 2 of hybrid Penniseturn was similar to Hybrid Penniseturn (genetic distance 0. 067), which indicated that RAPD molecular marker could be used for genetic relationship researches on Penniseturn. In addition, the "New line" of elephantgrass was most similar to "Mott" (genetic distance 0. 033).
