摘  要:采用盆栽断水干旱方式研究了土壤干旱对中间偃麦草、沙生冰草、蓝茎冰草和长穗偃麦草苗期抗旱性特征的影响。结果表明:不同种类禾草的抗旱性特征随土壤干旱程度增加的变化趋势不同。干旱胁迫程度增加,4种禾草的根冠比、叶片可溶性糖含量和渗透液相对电导率升高,叶片含水量下降。其中,土壤中度干旱胁迫时,沙生冰草叶片可溶性糖含量增加幅度较大;重度干旱胁迫下,沙生冰草叶片渗透液相对电导率上升幅度最小,株高胁迫指数与干物质胁迫指数最高,抗旱性相对较强。The potted experiment was conducted to study the effect of soil drought on drought-resistant characteristics of Agropyron desertorum , Agropyron smithii , El ytrigia elongata , El ytrigia intermedia. The results showed that root/shoot ratio, leaf soluble sugar content and leaf relative electrical conductivity of four grasses increased, meanwhile, leaf water content decreased while the intensity of soil drought enhancing. When there was a medium drought stress, leaf soluble sugar content of Agropyron desertorum increased more. Otherwise, leaf relative electrical conductivity of Agropyron desertorum increased the least, and the values of plant height stress index and dry matter stress index were the highest on the severe drought stress. So drought resistance of Agropyron desertorum was better than others.
