公共管理学体系中的公共知识管理学——关于图书馆学学科定位与归属的探讨

摘　　要：探讨公共管理学的学科变迁、价值理念与研究范畴;分析公共知识中心、公共知识管理和公共知识管理制度分别属于公共组织、公共事业和公共制度的理由;指出公共管理学是管理学门类一级学科,图书馆学是公共管理学体系中的公共知识管理学;认为公共管理学是公共知识管理学的理论基础,公共知识管理学是公共管理学的理论实践。This paper firstly explores the evolution, value and research domain of public management science, and analyses the reasons that public knowledge center, public knowledge management and public knowledge management system is respectively attributed to public organization, public affairs and public system. Then, it points out that public management science is the first-class discipline in the management catalogue, and that library science is the public knowledge management science which belongs to the public management science. Lastly, it figures that public knowledge management science, based on the theory of public management science, is the theoretical practice of public management science.
