摘　　要：为揭示我国政府网站公众可获得性的现状,促进我国政府网站的发展,在研究小组对我国43个城市的政府网站进行实际调查的基础上,从政务信息可获得性、政府单向服务可获得性、政府双向服务可获得性、政府站点可获得性4个方面对我国43个政府网站的公众可获得性进行全面系统地评价和比较,并针对目前我国政府网站在公众可获得性方面存在的问题提出建议。Based on the investigations of 43 cities＇ government websites in China, which provided by our research team, this article firstly gives its comprehensive and systematic evaluations and comparisons on the public availability from the following four aspects： government information acquirement （GIA）, government single service acquirement （GSS）, government double service acquirement （GDS） and government websites acquirement （GWA）, so that can reveal the current situation of Chinese government websites＇ development, and can promote its further progress. Then, it provides some advices aiming at solving the problems which Chinese government websites face with.
