摘 要:以改质含蜡原油获得轻质油源的技术为基础,结合对目前重质油开采工艺的分析,提出了原油改质热注采重质油的新工艺。与原油相比,分子筛改质原油粘度、凝点大大减小,油温一般在300~400℃,将其直接注入重质油层,依靠注入介质的稀释作用和热力作用进行开采。依据对采油机理和目前采油工艺的分析,其优点是:采油效果好,注入介质不需要分离,改善了产品品质并给后续原油生产带来利益,因此应用前景良好。Based on the technology of getting light oil source by improving waxy crude oils, and combined with the analyses on the pre-sent production technology for heavy oils, the authors have suggested a new technique of thermal injection-production forheavy oils by improving crude oils. In this technique a recovery way by thinning and thermal action of injected media is used.From the ana1yses on recovery mechanisms and the present production technology, the fol1owing advantages of this techniquecan be seen clearly: high oil recovery efficiency, unnecessary spearating the injected media, improving the quality of productsand bringing benefits to subsequent oil production. So this technique shows a good prospect in application.
