浅谈转基因技术的“双刃性”及中国规避风险的策略

摘　　要：转基因技术在解决人口、环境、能源和资源等问题方面发挥了积极作用,但也造成很多负面影响,尤其是对生态环境、人体健康和人类社会产生了一定的危害。转基因技术的生物安全性问题正日益受到重视。针对转基因技术的安全问题,从6个方面阐述了中国规避生物安全风险的策略。The transgenic technology plays a positive role in solving troubles of population, environment, energy and natural resources. However, it results in the negative influence on ecological environment, human health and human society. The biological safety of the transgenic technology is attracting more and more attention. Six measures are discussed to avoid the risk of the biological safety.
