摘　　要：由于近年来IP电话的蓬勃发展，对IP电话关键技术的研究也逐渐成为当今研究的热点之一。从语音编码技术中常用的3种编码方法入手对IP电话关键技术——语音压缩编码技术做了详细的介绍，并且对现在流行的语音压缩编码标准做了性能分析和比较，给出了实验结果。Because of the particular advantage, IP Phone has obtained the great development in recent years. The research which relates to the VoIP becomes the hot topics nowadays. In this paper, we fully introduce the technology of speech compress coding based on the three basic coding method, and have the performance analysis among the popular standards. At last we give the software emulation result.
