摘　　要：经常项目下的贸易项目顺差与资本和金融项目下的外商直接投资导致的国际收支双顺差使得中国的外汇储备急速增长,并产生诸多负面影响,而且这种趋势仍将继续。扩大内部消费需求,发展亚洲债券,推行人民币国际化,才能缓解外汇储备的高速增长。目前,则应采取多种措施,管理好高额外汇储备。Trade Balance and Foreign Direct Investment were the main surplus on The Balance of Payment in China. They have caused massive foreign exchange reserve since 1994. But the massive foreign exchange reserve would bring many disadvantages to china. In future, the massive foreign exchange reserve would increase continuously. In order to resolve the dilemma of massive foreign exchange reserve, the outlets would include with expanding inner consumption, developing Asia bond market and propelling the internationalization of RMB. Now, we must take many measures to manage the massive foreign exchange reserve.
