应用早期鼠胚体外培养对低分子量肝素治疗不孕、自然流产妇女作用机理的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨低分子量肝素(LMWH)治疗不孕、自然流产妇女血清的作用机理。方法:在2-细胞鼠胚体外培养液中分别加入正常生育妇女血清、不孕妇女血清、自然流产妇女血清,并在此基础上加入LMWH,观察小鼠囊胚形成率。结果:加入LMWH后,能提高不孕血清组,自然流产血清组2-细胞鼠囊胚形成率(P<0.05)。结论:LMWH能提高不孕、自然流产者囊胚形成率,具有治疗作用。Objective： To explore the treatment effect and therapeutic mechanism of low molecular weight heparin （LMWH） on the women with infertility and spontanous abortion. Methods： The sera of women with normal production, infertility and spontanous abortion were added to the cultrue solution of in vitro 2-cell embryo,and LMWH was added besides the sera, and to observe the percentage of blastula. Results： The percentage of blastula of in vitro 2-cell embryo added the sera of women with infertility and spontanous abortion and LMWH was increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： LMWH could increase the the percentage of blastula of in vitro 2-cell embryo added the sera of women with infertility and spontanous abortion, and possess the treatment effect on infertility and spontanous abortion.
