摘  要:针对目前印刷包装行业对特征标志线的位置检测精度要求越来越高的情况,提出了一种基于线阵CCD的特征标志线位置检测的实现方案,并提出像元补偿和边缘位置差值求取算法等处理方法,详细介绍了系统硬件和软件的实现过程.该系统具有集成度高.抗干扰能力强.测量范围宽,检测精度高的特点,而且有两路模拟量输出.一路数字量输出,可满足多种特征标志的位置检测要求.A solution for characteristic line detection based on linear CCD is proposed in view of the situation that higher detection accuracy is in need at present in print industry. Approach for element compensation and efficient algorithm for judging position of edge by subtracting are put forward. The system architecture are discussed in detail including hardware and software,and the implementation. The system have such characters as high integratio n, strong reliability, wide detecting scope and high accuracy etc, also with two analog output and one digital output, which meet the need of position detection for characteristic lines.
