摘　　要：本文阐述了一种基于GPS的车辆导航定位及监控系统的设计原理,即该系统由车载设备、通讯网络、监控中心三部分组成。介绍了系统的软硬件组成等,提出了系统的设计方向并对系统的关键技术进行了分析。The paper introduces the design of GPS-based positioning navigation, and monitoring system for vehicles. The system is made up of 3 parts： vehicle carded facility, communication network, and monitoring center. Then the paper raises the key technologies of the system. Next the software architecture and hardware configuration are put forward. Finally the feasibility analysis about the system and the design direction for the system is suggested.
