摘 要:目的观察重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血循环内皮细胞(CEC)值的变化。方法重度COPD(稳定期)组36例与正常对照组30例分别检测血CEC,重度COPD患者利用超声心动图测肺动脉平均压。结果重度COPD(稳定期)组血CEC值[(18.42±10.87)个/mm^3]明显高于对照组[(6.87±4.42)个/mm^3],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);血CEC值与血氧分压呈显著性负相关(r=-0.235,P=0.021),与肺动脉平均压呈显著性相关(r=0.183,P=0.015)。结论重度COPD患者血CEC值明显增加,肺血管内皮细胞(VEC)结构明显受损,缺氧是导致血管内皮细胞受损的主要原因。Objective To observe the changes of the amount of circulating endothelial cells(CEC) in severe chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD). Methods The amount of CEC was tested in 36 cases of stable severe COPD group and 30 cases of healthy control group. Results The number of CEC of Stable severe COPD group was statistically higher than that of the control group( P 〈0. 01), and the amount of CEC was statistically inverse correlated with PaO2 ( r=0. 235, P =0. 021),and the amount of CEC was statistically correlated with mean pulmonary artery pressure ( r= 0. 183, P = 0. 015). Conclusion The amount of CEC was obviously higher and the structure of lung vascular endothelial cells(VEC) was seriously damaged in severe COPD, so hypoxemia undoubtedly resulted in injury to VEC.
