摘  要:分析国内外颚板材料、制造工艺研究的现状,开发了提高颚板使用寿命的新工艺。颚板的工作面采用高铬铸铁作为抗磨层,背面材料采用软而韧的低、中碳钢作为衬垫,用双液、双金属铸造工艺方法使两者很好地结合起来。使用结果表明:其使用寿命是高锰钢颚板的3~5陪。The present situation of research on material and manufacturing process of jaw plates abroad and in China was analyzed, and a new manufacturing process to increase working life of jaw plates was developed. The hi-Cr white cast iron was adopted as the wear-resistant layer of the jaw plate, and the soft and tough low or medium carbon steel was used as its back liner. The double metal liquids casting process was adopted to make both of them to joined with each other excellently. Application results showed that the working life of the hi-metal jaw plates was 3-5 time of that of the hi-Mn steel jaw plates.
