摘　　要：LM73是由美国国家半导体公司(NSC)生产的带有I^2C和SMBus总线的智能数字温度传感器,被广泛用于便携式电子设备,笔记本电脑,汽车及办公自动化设备等需要精确测量温度和温度控制的场合．本文介绍了LM73的基本特性,引脚功能,内部结构和典型应用电路．LM73 is an intelligeng digital temperature sensor with 120 bus and SMBus interface,which is produced by National Semiconduc tor Company,USA.It can be widely used in portable electronics,noteb ook computer, automotive, system thermal management and office electronics and so on.This article introduces it＇s basic character,pin function,intermal structure and applied circuit.
