摘　　要：阐述"高校教学参考信息管理与服务系统"项目建设的目标和主要内容,详细分析系统设计的总体结构。研究OAI元数据收割协议(OAI-PMH),确定系统采用分布式数据收集,本地或集中两种服务模式;并给出教学参考信息系统中关键部分元数据收割模块的具体解决方案。This paper elaborates the project objective and main content of instructional reference information management and service system. A detailed analysis is also given for the overall structure of this system, we analysis the concept and application of the OAI - PMH, and designs an instructional reference system with a two - tier structure consisting of a core system and several member libraries local system, in which data collection is distributed among all the member libraries. Finally proposes an effective solution for metadata harvesting module, which is a key part of the system.
