摘　　要：为了解决配电网规划中广泛存在的综合决策问题,该文提出了将层次分析法(AHP)应用于配电网规划的鲁选方案的选取上,结合实际配电网规划的案例．按步骤地介绍了层次分析法地计算过程。实例计算表明,层次分析法能很好地解决配电网规划的综合评判决策这一复杂问题,较好的将专家经验与定量计算相结合,是一种实用配电网规划的解决方法。In order to solve multi-attribute problem in electricity distribution system planning, the AHP Is proposed and applied to assess the altemative solutions, this method is illustrated step by step in a practical planning case. The case study indicates that the analytic hierarchy process can solve the multi-attribute problem in electricity distribution system planning well, and combines the advantages of both human expertise and computing power （rom machine calculation.It is summarized that the AHP method is a practical solution in electricity distribution system planning.
