摘 要:为了评价能否用梭式窑大规模完成涂覆亲油改性剂的固化工艺,根据小试结果和改性剂的差示扫描量热-热重分析制定了在梭式窑中的热处理制度,然后选择了有代表性的样品分别检测其除油率、吸水率、显气孔率、对水的接触角、化学稳定性,再用Origin7.0中的单边方差分析进行统计学检验。结果显示,由于梭式窑中的温度分布不均匀,下部温度偏高,可引起固化的有机聚硅膜氧化分解而导致窑炉中改性滤球理化性质的显著性差异。下部滤球的吸水率、显气孔率增大,接触角降低,耐酸、耐碱性降低。但最重要的指标(除油率)没有显著性差别,基于此,认为在对梭式窑检修或仔细小心操作的基础上可用梭式窑完成改性剂的固化过程。In order to assess whether the solidification of oleophylicly modified agent can be cosmically achieved in the shuttle kiln, in the paper, according to small experiment results and TG-DSC of oleophylicly modified agent, the heat treatment system in the shuttle kiln is established. Then, the representative samples are selected and their oil removal rate, water adsorption rate,apparent porosity, the contact angle for water and chemical stability are checked respectively. At last, the statistic tests are done with One-Way ANOVA of Origin 7.0. The results show that owing to temperature asymmetry and higher temperature at the bottom layer, solidified organic poly silicone film is oxided anddecomposed,which results in the significant difference in physical and chemical properties of modified filtering ball. The water adsorption and the apparent porosity increase, at the same time, the contact angle for water and the chemical stability reduce. Fortunately, the principal index (oil removal rate)does not display significant difference. On the basis of that, the subject team decides that the solidification of modified agent may be achieved in the shuttle kiln in the case of the examination and repair or careful operation.
