摘 要:研究了应用微波辐射技术,以β-萘酚和乙醇为原料,在硫酸铝催化下反应合成β-萘乙醚的方法,采用熔点、红外光谱对产物进行了测定。考察了反应温度、微波辐射时间、催化剂用量以及物料比对反应收率的影响。用正交试验方法对主要影响因素进行了优化,得到的优化条件为:反应温度100℃,反应时间15 min,反应物摩尔比为β-萘乙醚∶乙醇=1∶5.5,催化剂用量2.0 g,在此优化条件下,合成产物收率可达70%以上。Applied aluminium sulfate as catalyst, β-naphtyl ethyl ether was synthesized through the reaction of naphthol and ethanol by microwave irradiation. The product was characterized by melt point and IR. The influ-ences of reaction temperature, microwave irradiation time, the dosage of catalyst, and the ratio of reactants on the yield were studied. The main process parameters were optimized by orthogonal test. The optimized operation conditions were: reaction temperature 100℃, reaction time 15 min, mole ration of β-naphthol to ethanol 1 : 5.5, and the dosage of catalyst 2.5 g. Under these conditions, the yield of β-naphtyl ethyl ether was above 70%.
