摘 要:随机位置电容和电阻构成的大型RC网络可以仿真两相材料(金属-绝缘体)的显微结构。本文用商业电路仿真软件Pspice9.2建立了200个元件的RC网络模型,计算了该模型中电容值分别设置为10nF、0.1nF、10pF、0.1pF时的网络幅频特性,并分别研究了10×9RC、10×8RC、10×7RC、10×6RC、10×5RC、10×4RC、10×3RC网络的幅频响应。结果表明(1)RC网络中电容的数值越小,非均匀介质驰豫频率越高,仿真结果与文献结果相符;(2)10×4RC的网络与10×10RC均可模拟两相材料的特性;(3)大型RC网络可以简化为简单RC网络。Very large networks of randomly positioned resistors and capacitors have been used to simulate the microstructures of real two-phase (conductor-insulator) materials. In this paper, a RC network model of 200 components was established using commercial Pspice9.2 based on electrical circuit simulation software. The frequency response of the RC network was simulated while capacitor equaled to 10 nF,0.1 nF, 10 pF,0.1 pF respectively. The frequency response of the RC network was simulated while the size of RC network was 10×9RC, 10×8RC, 0×7RC, 10×6RC, 10×5RC, 10×4RC, 10×3RC respectively. The results show that: (1) the smaller the capacitor of RC networks is, the larger the dielectric relaxation frequency is. The simulation results are in agreement with literature; (2) the characteristic of the two-phase materials can be modeled by both 10×4RC network and 10×10RC network; (3) the large RC network can be simplified to the small RC network.
