摘  要:简述了国内外近年来高强度铸造钛合金的进展(如Ti-15-3、Ti6-22-22S、Beta-C、β-21S、BT35等),这些高强度β型钛合金,具有良好的热加工性能,可通过热等静压、固溶时效处理获得较高的力学性能。介绍了这些高强度铸造钛合金在航空、航天、军事领域以及其他领域的应用特点,并提出了高强度铸造钛合金的发展趋势及降低成本、改善偏析现象等问题。It was recounted that the development of the high-strength cast titanium alloyat home and abroad in recently, such as Ti-15-3, Ti-6-22-22S, Beta-C, β-21S, BT35 and so on. The high-strength cast titanium alloy has fine hot-work properties and could get good mechanical properties by combining hot isostatic pressing (HIP) and heat treatments. It was introduced that the application feature of high-strength cast titanium alloys in many fields, such as in aerospace, aircraft, military affairs and the others field. It also puts forward to the development trend of the high-strength cast titanium alloy and it will be resolved the problems to reduce its cost and improve segregation phenomenon.
