摘  要:介绍了多元合金化复合变质处理高铬铸铁Cr20MoCu2BNbRETi的化学成分、变质处理工艺,并介绍了多元合金化复合变质处理后高铬铸铁的组织和力学性能的变化,以及采用多元合金化复合变质处理高铬铸铁生产破碎机锤头的生产工艺、生产成本和使用性能。工业试验表明:复合变质处理高铬铸铁锤头的耐磨性是高锰钢锤头的3.65~3.8倍。The chemical compositions and complex-modifying process of new type of Cr20MoCu2BNbRETi high chromium cast irons were introduced. The microstructures and mechanical properties resulted by the multi-alloying and complex-modifying process treatments as well as hammer operating process and performance that use the high chromium cast irons were presented. It was found by industrial experiments that the wear resistance of the high chromium cast iron hammers is about 3.65 to 3.8 times higher than that of the high manganese steel crusher hammers.
