中欧旅游标准化运作机制比较研究及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：自1987年国家旅游局出台《旅游涉外饭店星级划分与评定》标准开始,旅游标准化工作在我国已经有近20年历史。《行政许可法》颁布实施后,旅游标准化的重要性提到了一个新的高度,将成为未来旅游行政主管部门实施行业管理的有力依据。本文在分析我国旅游标准化现状的基础上,通过比较中欧旅游标准化运作机制,提出借鉴欧洲的经验,建立我国的“政府主导型”旅游标准化运作机制。Chinese tourism standardization has a history about-20 years when the national standard of Division and assessing of tourism hotel awarded by Chinese national tourism administration in 1987. Today, tourism standardization becomes more important after The law on administrative admission enacted by Chinese government in 2004. Comparing tourism standardization operational mechanism between China and Europe, the article suggested that China should adopt government - leading tourism standardization mechanism to develop Chinese tourism industry.
