摘　　要：20世纪前半期,中国出版业同业组织从传统的行会向新式同业公会方向转型。论文探讨了这种转型的动力,并从出版业同业组织的组织和职能等方面,揭示了中国出版业同业组织现代化的表现。Chinese book trade associations transformed from traditional to modem during the first half of the twentieth century. This article analyzes the motivation of the transformation and then focuses on the modernization from such aspects as its organization and its function.
