摘　　要：文中通过油炉法生产碳黑工艺,本着节能、降耗、减污、增效,清洁生产的全新思想,结合碳黑行业清洁生产实际,分析该行业能源、原材料、技术工艺、控制过程、设备、产品、管理、员工及废弃物排放点,探讨各工艺环节清洁生产潜力,提出清洁生产方案。Based on the analysis of carbon production process with oil furnace, cleaner production potentialities existed in each section of the process were discussed from the aspects of raw materials, production line, process control, facilities, management, waiter＇s technical levels, pollutant discharge and so on, further a new scheme for cleaner production was proposed including the new thought of energy saving, cost cutting, pollution abatement, benefit improvement.
