摘　　要：文中论述了城市消费系统可回收资源在建立循环型社会中的重要性,并根据建立循环型社会的基本要求,从不同层面分析了可回收资源的发展趋势及利用途径,提出在城市的循环经济规划、设计和建设应充分考虑对消费系统废弃物的回收利用。The significance of comprehensive utilization of non-expendable resource in urban consumption system was emphasized to build up a sustainable social development, furthermore in terms of the basic requirement for building up sustainable social development, the long term potential of comprehensive utilization of non-expendable resource,which come from urban consumption system, was discussed from the aspect of urban economic development planning and construction.
