摘 要:本文建立了干切圆锯片有限元分析模型,用热应力和离心力相互耦合的分析方法,对圆锯片在高速旋转切削时锯片基体应力和应变进行了计算,分析了工作中圆锯片基体应力、应变分布规律,探讨了圆锯片基体各种结构参数对工作中基体应力及变形的影响。分析结果表明,锯片的离心力对锯片产生有利的刚化作用,能在一定程度上减小锯片切削热引起的切向变形和应力,在相同的载荷作用下,基体开有小圆孔的锯片能有效的降低锯片的径向变形,径向变形量减小19.8%左右,但基体开散热圆孔对减小锯片切向变形量和水槽底部应力并无贡献。This paper established thermal and rotary stresses coupled-field analysis model for dry cutting saw blades. The status of saw blade's stress and strain was concluded by loading thermal and rotary coupled-field loads on rotating circular saw blade. The effects and influences of saw blade's structural parameters on stress, deformation were also analyzed. The present method provides theoretical foundation for structural design of dry cutting saw blade. The analysis results showed that the rotary stress is helpful to keep rotating saw blade in elastomeric status; under the same load function, the diametical deformation of saw blades that has cooling round holes was lower, the diametical deformation is decrease approximately 19.8%, but contributes little for reducing tangential deformation and maximal principial stresses in the roots of gullet.
