摘  要:目的观察不同比例的茵栀黄注射液与10%葡萄糖(GS)配伍,混合液的pH及不溶性微粒的变化。方法茵栀黄注射液与10%GS按比例混合后,按《中华人民共和国药典》的要求检查pH值和不溶性微粒。结果茵栀黄注射液与10%GS配伍后的混合液pH变化明显,差异有显著性(P<0.05)且不溶性微粒增加。结论茵栀黄注射液与10%GS配伍超过一定比例后,不溶性微粒超过药典标准,应引起重视。Objective To observe the changes in pH and insoluble particles after Yinzhihuang Injection and 10% glucose injection were mixed in different ratios. Methods Yinzhihuang Injection and 10% glucose injection were mixed in the ratios of 10:100, 20:100, 30:100, 40:100, 10:250, 20:250, 30:250, 40:250, 10:500, 20:500, 30:500, 40: 500(v/v). The insoluble particles and pH were determined in the mixed solutions by the methods described in Chinese Pharmacopeia. Results Compared to single Yinzhihuang Injection, pH of mixed solution showed significant changes (P〈0.05), and the number of insoluble particles increased rapidly. Conclusion When the ratio of Yinzhihuang Injection to glucose injection is over a certain degree, the number of insoluble particles will be beyond the standard from Chinese Pharmacopeia.
