重庆市城乡二元经济结构转换研究

摘　　要：重庆直辖以来经济快速发展,但城乡二元经济结构也非常突出,严重影响全民小康建设进程和经济持续健康发展。以重庆直辖以来的经济数据为基础,从收入水平、消费水平、劳动生产率、城镇化等方面分析了重庆城乡二元性结构特征,结果表明:重庆城乡二元性结构差异显著,且有不断扩大趋势,其主要影响因素包括农业产业化发展缓慢、城镇工业化水平低、城镇工业对农业辐射力弱、城乡市场严重分割、传统体制约束和行政区划调整等。最后提出了加快重庆城乡二元经济结构转换的若干对策建议。Since Chongqing was directly administered by the central government, its economy keeps rapidly developing. But dualistic economic structure between the city and countryside of Chongqing is very outstanding, which badly impact process of constructing well - off society. On the basis of economic data of 1997 later, this paper analyzes characteristics of dualistic structure from income level, consumption level, labor productivity and industry structure etc. The result indicates dualistic economic structure between the city and countryside of Chongqing is very notable, and the trend will keep extending. The affecting factors mainly include that, the agricultural industrialization development is very slow, the industrialization level of cities and towns is very low, the ability of industry leading agriculture is weak and the natural relation of city and country is broken up In the end, the author puts forward some countermeasures accelerating uansformation of dualistic economic structure of Chongqing.
