摘　　要：分析了高校图书馆数字资源的组成、体系,并对高校图书馆数字资源建设中产生的一些问题进行了研究。This paper analyzes on the component and system of the digital resources of university library, and makes research on some problems occurring in the digital resources construction of university library.
