摘  要:本试验选用32周龄蛋鸡(罗曼)72只,随机分成6组。在基础日粮含硒(Se)0.1mg/kg基础上,添加亚硒酸钠VE粉,各组Se的添加水平分别是0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、3.0mg/kg;日粮VE的添加水平分别是0、41.66、83.32、124.98、166.64、249.96IU,试验期8周。以此探索不同剂量的Se和VE对蛋鸡生产性能的影响及Se和VE的摄入与其在蛋中沉积的关系。试验结果表明,添加1mg/kgSe、83.32IUVE组鸡产蛋率显著高于其它各组,而各组鸡蛋重差异不显著;日粮中添加2.0mg/kgSe时,可使蛋中硒含量达最高值(1.85μg/g),添加124.98IUVE可使蛋中VE含量达到最高值(3.71μg/100g)。试验证明,日粮中添加1.0~2.0mg/kgSe、83.32~166.64IUVE不仅可提高蛋鸡生产性能。Healthy eight month layers were allotted randomly into six threatment groups of twelve layers The effect of dietary Se and VE level on laying hens performance and Se and VE concentration in eggs were studied Amounts of added to basal cornsoybean diet Se(mg/kg)and VE (IU)were 0 and 0,0 5 and 41 66,1 and 83 32,1 5 and 124 98,2 and 166 64,3 and 249.96 The results of feeding experiment showed that supplement adequate Se and VE (1mg/kg,83 32IU)in diet was significantly increased laying rate( P <0 01) Adding 2 0mg/kg Se and 124 98IU VE in diets,the concentration of Se and VE in eggs were highest,gone up to 1 85μg/kg(Se)and 3 71μg/100g(VE)respectively The result showed that added 1 0~2 0mg/kg Se and 83 32~166 64IU VE in diet of laying hens,not only increased laying rates,but also improved the deposition of Se and VE in eggs
