摘 要:一种为微波功率模块供电的高压大功率开关电源已经完成设计并小批量生产.以该电源的设计为例,给出了建立开关电源PSPICE模型的实例,讨论了影响开关电源PSPICE仿真精度和速度的因素,总结了解决仿真中出现收敛性问题的具体方法,最后给出了所设计电源输出的PSPICE仿真结果和实验结果.A high-voltage high-power switching-power-supply employed for Microwave-Power-Module was designed and manufactured with the assistance of the PSPICE simulation. The modeling and simulating processes of design and optimization of the switching-power-supply circuit for PSPICE is proposed. The factors that affect the accuracy and computer consuming time in switching-power-supply PSPICE simulation are discussed. The specific methods to solve PSPICE convergence problem are concluded. Finally, the simulating output results are given with fairly good agreement when compared with the experimental results.
