摘　　要：目的:探讨缬沙坦和低分子量肝素对高糖刺激大鼠系膜细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用MTT比色法,观察缬沙坦和低分子量肝素不同作用时间和不同作用浓度以及二者合用时对高糖刺激系膜细胞增殖的影响。结果:缬沙坦和低分子量肝素均可不同程度地抑制高糖刺激系膜细胞增殖,二者合用时作用增强。结论:联合应用缬沙坦和低分子量肝素对高糖刺激系膜细胞增殖有更强的抑制作用。Objective： To observe the effect of valsartan and low molecular weight heparin on the proliferation of glomeruli mesangial cells stimulated by high glucose. Methods：The mesangial cell line was treated by valsartan and low molecular weight heparin under different concentrations and times, and the proliferation activity was measured by MTF. ResuRs：Both valsartan and low molecular weight heparin could significantly inhibit the proliferation of mesangial cells and when combined the effect was intensified. Conclusion：The result suggests that the inhibition on mesangial cells is intensified when valsartan is combined with low molecular weight heparin, compared with single dose.
