摘　　要：行业协会在经济发展中的重要性并未真正引起人们重视。行业协会发展现在面临着诸多困难,但法律观念的障碍更易被忽视。由于我国政治、经济、文化等领域的影响,法律观念已严重制约行业协会的发展。因此,我们必须更新法律观念,从而促进行业协会的发展。The importance of professional associations in economic development can not be fully recognized in society and their development is faced with a lot of difficulties. The barrier in legal concept is more likely to be neglected. The legal concept has severely hindered the development of professional associations due to the influence in the scope of politics, economy and culture in China. Therefore, the legal concept must be renewed in order to accelerate the development of professional associations.
