摘  要:“通过涨落达到有序”是自组织理论的基本原理。运用“涨落放大机制”理论的原理和方法,探讨了高技术产业化系统的内在规律性,提出了高技术产业化系统是一个正负反馈交错的复杂的动态系统,阐明了研究开发(R&D)与技术创新涨落因素是高技术产业化系统向有序方向演进的内部诱因的观点,从而尝试为我国高技术产业化过程提供理论依据和指导。To achieve order through fluctuaion is a basic Principle of self - organizing theory. By utilizing the principle and method of the theory for the fluctuaion enlargement mechanism, this article discusses the intrinsic regularity of the high - tech industrialization system, puts forth an argument that high - tech industrialization system is a complex dynamic system with positive and negative feedback staggered, and illustrates that the Research and Development as well as technical innovation is an internal inducement to lead this system to evolve in the direction of order. Depending upon these opinions, we will attempt provide a theory basis and instruction for High - tech industrialization process of our country.
