摘 要:对引自我国不同地区的大蒜品种气孔密度、叶绿素含量及叶形和叶的空间姿态等叶部性状研究结果表明,不同部位叶及同一叶的不同部位表皮气孔密度不同,品种间叶绿素含量范围在0.338~1.051g/kg(FW)之间,气孔密度和叶绿素含量有随品种原产地纬度增加而增加的趋势。叶形指数范围为11.8~23.1,低纬度品种叶较长而宽,叶形指数较大;高纬度品种叶短而窄,叶形指数小;中纬品种叶最大且最宽,但叶形指数较小。The leaf characters of stoma density, chlorophyll content, leaf shape and leaf pasture of garlic germplasm introduced from different part of China were studied. The results showed that the densities of stoma on leaf epidermis of different leaf in a plant and different parts of a leaf were different. The content of chlorophy11 of garlic germplasm was in the range of 0.338 ̄1.051g/kg FW. There was a trend that the stoma density and the chlorcphyll content increased with the increase of the origin regional latitude of the variety. The leaf shape index was in the range of 11.8 ̄23.1. Varieties from low latitude were with longer and widder leaves and larger leaf index. Those from high latitude were with short and narrow leaves and small leaf shape index. Varieties from middle latitude were with the longest and the widdest leaves but smaller leaf shape index. Varieties with strait and upright leaves were mostly introduced from high latitude regions.
